Wedding Menu Specifications
Paper and Cardstock Options
The right paper can change the entire look and feel of your wedding table stationery. Choose from smooth, textured, or specialty cardstock options to create a menu that fits your wedding style.
Premium Matte Cardstock
Premium matte cardstock provides a smooth, low-glare surface that keeps menu text easy to read. Its refined appearance makes it a versatile choice for modern, elegant, and minimalist weddings.
Gloss Cardstock
Gloss cardstock features a smooth, reflective surface that enhances vibrant colors, photographs, and detailed graphics. It is a good option for colorful or image-focused menu designs.
Uncoated Cardstock
With its natural feel and understated finish, uncoated cardstock works especially well with rustic, garden, bohemian, and minimalist wedding themes.
Linen Cardstock
Linen cardstock has a subtle woven texture that gives each menu an elegant stationery feel. It is particularly suitable for traditional, formal, and classic wedding celebrations.
Pearl or Shimmer Cardstock
Pearl and shimmer cardstock add a delicate touch of sparkle as they catch the light. These specialty papers are ideal for romantic, sophisticated, or luxurious wedding settings.
Paper availability may vary. If you are unsure which stock is right for your design, our graphic design team can help you choose an option that complements your wedding style.
Popular Wedding Menu Sizes
Choose a size that fits naturally with your table setting and the amount of information you want to include.
Popular sizes include:
- 4″ × 9″
- 4″ × 8″
- 5″ × 7″
- 5.5″ × 8.5″
- Custom sizes
Menus can be printed on one or both sides. A single-sided layout is ideal for presenting the meal in a clean, simple format, while a double-sided menu gives you additional space for beverages, desserts, dietary information, or a personal message to your guests.
Printing and Finishing Options
Finishing details can give your wedding menus an extra level of style and make them feel more closely connected to the rest of your table stationery.
Depending on your project, available options may include:
- Matte finish for a soft and sophisticated appearance
- Gloss finish for enhanced color and shine
- Soft-touch lamination for a smooth, premium feel
- Rounded corners for a softer look
- Gold or silver foil accents
- Custom shapes and die-cut designs
- Single- or double-sided printing
Specialty finishes, foil, and custom cutting may require additional production time. If you are planning a customized menu, we recommend contacting us early so there is enough time for production.
Create a Coordinated Wedding Table
Your wedding menu can be more than a practical way to display the meal. It can become part of the overall table design by coordinating with your place cards, table numbers, invitations, thank-you cards, and other wedding stationery.
For larger wedding displays, you can also pair your table stationery with a foam board wedding sign for a welcome area, seating chart, ceremony entrance, or reception display.
