Aluminum Signs at a Glance
Our aluminum signs are built from aluminum composite panel (ACM) — two thin sheets of corrosion-resistant aluminum bonded to a rigid polyethylene core. Unlike steel or iron signage, aluminum won’t rust: it naturally forms a thin oxide layer that protects the metal underneath, so these signs hold up outdoors for years without flaking, staining, or corroding at the edges. The ACM construction also means you get a rigid, professional-looking sign at a fraction of the weight of solid sheet aluminum or steel — easier to ship, mount, and handle on-site.

Why Choose Aluminum
If you already know you want the durability and clean, professional look of a metal sign, aluminum composite panel is the material to choose it in. Here’s what sets it apart from other metal and rigid sign materials.
No Rust, No Maintenance
Steel and iron signage need paint or coatings to keep rust from creeping in at cut edges and scratches. Aluminum doesn’t have that problem — its natural oxide layer means these signs keep their finish for years with no repainting or touch-up.
Lighter Than Solid Metal
Because ACM sandwiches a polyethylene core between two thin aluminum face sheets rather than using solid metal, these signs are significantly lighter than solid aluminum or steel plate of the same size — easier to hang on a wall, fence, or post without special hardware.
A Premium Look for Branding
The smooth, glossy aluminum surface holds UV ink cleanly and gives storefronts, lobbies, and office signage a polished, metallic finish that plastic or coroplast can’t match. Pair with acrylic wall signs for a cohesive premium interior look.
Aluminum Sign Specifications
Here’s what goes into every aluminum sign we print, from material to mounting.
Material and Printing
Our aluminum signs use ⅛” aluminum composite panel: two 0.15mm layers of corrosion-resistant aluminum bonded around a rigid polyethylene core. Custom sizes range from 3” x 4” up to 48” x 96”, in your choice of square or rounded corners.
- Square Cut – Straight, 90-degree corners for a clean, modern look.
- Rounded Cut – Softened corners for a more refined finish.
We print with direct UV ink for fade-resistant color that holds up outdoors. Add our custom design service for professional artwork.
Installation
Mount directly to fences, walls, or flat surfaces, or add foldable legs for a freestanding sign. Optional punched holes with reinforced grommets let you secure the sign with ropes, hooks, or zip ties. Need help? Our installation service is available.
