Installation and Finishing Options
Blockout banners are fully customizable for secure installation and long-lasting performance. Hemming can be applied on all sides or omitted entirely, while grommets are available every 2 feet on all sides, top and bottom only, left and right only, at the four corners, or omitted altogether. Custom grommet placements are also available.
For outdoor durability, banners can include wind slits (standard or none) to reduce strain in windy conditions. Webbing options (No Webbing, 1” webbing with or without D-rings, or 1” Velcro on all sides) reinforce edges for stronger mounting. Rope options range from 3/16” or 5/16” sewn on the top, bottom, or both. Corner reinforcement can be applied to the top, bottom, all corners, or omitted, providing additional strength where it’s needed most.
Materials and Sizes
Our 18oz. blockout matte vinyl is a top-quality, heavyweight, UV-resistant material, perfect for street banners, light pole banners, and other attention-grabbing displays. It has PVC vinyl on both sides with a blockout layer in the middle, blocking light and delivering sharp, vibrant graphics.
Single-sided banners can be produced in a single piece up to 10” x 145” (without pocket) or 9.5” x 145” (with pocket), while double-sided banners are available up to 9.5” x 145”. Oversized single-sided banners can be welded together for larger displays, though double-sided banners are not offered in oversized formats. For added installation flexibility, banners can include pole pockets in a variety of sizes (2”, 3”, 4”) on the top only, on both top and bottom or customized to your specifications.
