Replacement Sign Panel at a Glance
Keep the post, change the sign. This is the same double-sided aluminum panel that hangs from our real estate post, sold on its own so you can update a listing without paying again for hardware that is already in the ground.
Order a fresh panel when a property sells, the price changes, the listing agent changes, or the old panel gets damaged. Every panel is UV-printed on both sides and arrives pre-drilled, so swapping it takes a couple of minutes.
- Rustproof aluminum
- Double-sided full-color printing
- Mounting holes punched
- Waterproof and UV-safe
- Seven standard sizes, optional rider
When to Order a Replacement Panel
A sign post lasts for years. The message on it does not. These are the three reasons agents and property managers reorder panels.
New Listing on an Existing Post
When one property closes and the next one opens, you only need new graphics. Lift the old panel off the arm, hang the new one, and the post keeps working. Ordering panels instead of full post kits keeps your cost per listing low, especially if you run several signs at once. Pair it with a real estate A-frame at the nearest intersection to guide buyers to the door.
Status Changes and Price Updates
A panel that still says the old price works against you. Reprint the panel with the current price, or order a matching rider to announce “Sold”, “Price Reduced”, “In Escrow” or “Open House” without reprinting the main sign at all.
Damaged, Faded or Vandalized Panels
Wind, weather and traffic take a toll on roadside signage. Replacing the panel alone is far cheaper than replacing the whole display, and it keeps every sign in your territory looking current and professional.
Replacement Sign Panel Specifications
Panels are built to the same specification as the ones supplied with our post kits, so they drop straight onto hardware you already own.
Material and Size
Each panel is cut from rustproof aluminum and printed on both sides. Mounting holes are punched at the factory so the panel hangs from the post arm without drilling.
Small posts take a 24″ x 18″, 24″ x 24″, 24″ x 30″ or 24″ x 36″ panel. Large posts take a 36″ x 24″, 36″ x 36″ or 36″ x 48″ panel. If you are replacing an existing sign, measure the old panel and order the same size.
Rider Signs
Add a 24″ x 6″ rider to call out a status change or your own message. Riders hang below the main panel and are printed and punched the same way. Choose “No Rider” if you only need the main panel.
Printing and Installation
We use full-color UV printing for vibrant, fade-resistant graphics rated for long-term outdoor use. Each side can carry the same artwork or two different designs at no extra cost.
Installation takes minutes: unhook the old panel, hang the new one from the post arm, and add the rider underneath if you ordered one. Need artwork? Our custom design service can set up the panel for you.
Production takes 2-3 business days, plus shipping.
