Choose Your Board
- 3/16″ White Foamcore: light and low-cost. Best for one-time events, presentations and photo props.
- 3/16″ White Gatorfoam: same thickness, much stronger. Hard surface resists dents and warping, so it is good for displays you use again and again.
- 3/16″ Black Gatorfoam: same strength, with a black core and edges for a clean, finished look.
- 1/2″ White Gatorfoam: thick and very rigid. Stays flat on an easel, even at large sizes. The best choice for long-term displays.
- 1/2″ Black Gatorfoam: the thick board with black edges for a premium look in lobbies, offices and showrooms.

Foam Board Printing Specifications
- Sizes: 14 sizes, from 12″ x 24″ to 48″ x 96″.
- Printing: direct UV printing, matte finish. The ink is printed straight onto the board, with no sticker to peel.
- Sides: single-sided or double-sided.
- Turnaround: 2–4 business days after artwork approval.
- Large sizes: boards 36″ x 54″ and larger cannot be shipped. Contact us for a local delivery quote.
- Use: indoor.
- Artwork: upload your file or use our free design help.

What is a custom poster board?

What is the difference between Foamcore and Gatorfoam?
Foamcore is lighter and costs less, which makes it good for short-term use. Gatorfoam has a harder surface, resists dents and warping, and lasts much longer.
Which board should I choose for an easel?
For 24″ x 36″ and larger, choose 1/2″ Gatorfoam. It stays flat and will not bow.
Can you print on both sides?
Yes. Choose “Double Sided” in the options.
Can I use these boards outdoors?
No. They are made for indoor use.
What sizes are available?
