Material and Size
Custom acrylic signs are made from premium-quality ¼” clear plexiglass, a resilient substitute to glass, with a white backing layer. They feature pre-drilled holes and come with standoffs at 1” diameter for easy mounting. The display comes in three sizes: 16”x24”, 20”x30”, and 24”x36”.
Note that peeling off the backing layer will damage the product.
Printing and Installation
For our acrylic sign, we use high-quality UV inks, printing them directly onto the material. After the CMYK graphics are printed on the back of clear plexiglass, they’re backed with a white layer to ensure vibrant colors.
This display is easy to install. Choose the application wall and mark the spots using the drilled holes in your display as a reference. Drill the holes and insert the anchors carefully. Align the drilled holes of the material with the holes of the spacer. Screw the caps into the holes to fix the material. If you want to avoid drilling holes in the wall, you can hang acrylic signs using different accessories, including rope, bungee cord, and zip ties.
