Material and Size
Our 10ft. event tent features a high-quality 6 oz. tent fabric canopy and 40mm aluminum hex hardware. The frame has an adjustable height, measuring 120” W x 120” D x 124.5” H at its lowest and 120” W x 120” D x 137” H at its highest.
You can customize your tent to meet your business needs. Choose between white and black reinforced strips to match your design colors. Select from full or half walls to have extra print area and protection from the wind. Order optional leg sandbags for added stability.
Printing and Application
We use an advanced dye-sublimation printing method to ensure vibrant graphics for our 10’ x 10’ event tent. The process uses heat and pressure to transfer inks onto the material, delivering fade-resistant imagery.
Installation of these event tents requires two people. Ropes, stakes, and a standard carrying bag are included with the frame.
- Remove hardware from the carrying bag. Two people, standing across from each other, should hold the center “V” of the frame and lift while stepping back to expand it until it’s 5ft. wide.
- Unpack the canopy graphic and place it on top of the frame. Align canopy corners with frame corners and fasten together using the Velcro.
- Next, standing across from each other, each person should take a leg and expand the tent fully to 10ft. Slide the auto-slider on each leg into the final position until it locks into place with a click.
- Raise the tent by stepping on the triangular foot and pulling up on the hex frame. The leg hardware will telescope up until it locks into the lowest raised position.
- Repeat the action for the remaining legs.
When assembled, adjust the height as needed — 4 height options are available.
