20ft. Event Tent Wall Options
Our 20ft. event tent is a customizable product. You can use it as it is or equip it with side walls. Here are the two wall types available for the product.
- Full Walls – Available for both short and long sides, great for large designs.
- Half Walls – Suitable for the short sides only (up to 2 half walls per setup).
The wall types are not interchangeable. Double-check your selection before placing your order.

Material and Size
20ft. event tent features a canopy made from 6 oz. tent fabric and durable aluminum hex hardware. You can customize the product by opting for either white or black reinforced strips. Select from optional full or half walls to have extra print area and wind protection. Order optional leg sandbags for stability.
Note: Sandbags are sold separately; sand not included.
The frame has an adjustable height, measuring 235” W x 120” D x 124.5” H at its lowest, and 235” W x 120” D x 135” H at its highest.
Printing and Installation
For the 20ft. canopy tent, we use a cutting-edge dye-sublimation printing technology, delivering long-lasting graphics․
Installation of a 20ft. pop up tent requires 2 to 4 people. Ropes, stakes, and a standard carrying bag are included with the frame.
- Remove the frame from the carrying bag. Standing across from each other, hold the center “V” of the frame and lift while stepping back to expand it until it’s about 10ft. wide.
- Unpack the canopy graphic and place it on top of the frame. Align canopy corners with frame corners and fasten together using the Velcro.
- Next, standing across from each other, each person should take a leg and expand the tent fully to 20ft.
- Raise the tent by stepping on the triangular foot and lifting up the upper section. The leg hardware will telescope up until it locks into the lowest raised position.
- Repeat the action for the remaining legs.
Once assembled, choose one of the 4 height options available.
Note: Remove the canopy graphic when retracting the tent frame.
